We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within the period outlined below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Have no physical damage or signs of use
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened memory cards, storage media, or batteries
- Special-order or custom items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. How to Start a Return
Please email us at support@avcphotovideostore.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item is defective or incorrect
We will reply within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RA may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is because of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.
Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive the package.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace it at no cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
7. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days and return the funds to your original payment method. Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once delivered (if eligible).
9. Exchanges
To request an exchange, use the same return process. If the replacement item is not in stock, you may choose a similar item, receive a refund, or get store credit (if available).
