Store pick up lets you buy items online and pick them up in-store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

At checkout, choose “Store Pick Up.” We will show you an estimated pickup date and time.

PLACE ORDER

Place your order online. We will send you an email confirming your order details.

RECEIVE EMAIL

Wait to receive a “Ready for pick up” email. This is a separate notification from your order confirmation.

PICK UP IN-STORE

Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your item.

WHAT TO BRING TO THE STORE

Your government-issued photo ID, the credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used), and your order number. If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, you may either call or contact customer service at 305-717-0902 to prevent your order from being canceled and extend your store pick-up time frame.

WHO CAN PICK UP YOUR ORDER

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must select that option during checkout. You’ll need to provide the pickup person’s name, email, and phone number. Your pick-up person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store. Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDER

To change or cancel a store pickup order, call us at 305-717-0902. Please have your credit card information and order number ready. If items begin the shipping process or store pickup, we will not be able to honor that change or cancel the order. You’ll have to return the item. This option is not available for cell phones and mobile devices with plans which hold your item at the store for 5 days. If you don’t pick up your item by then, we will cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There is no charge for store pick up. Pick up times may be longer than expected due to final pricing. Please take this into effect considering which vehicle you use to pick up your order. Some items for pick up, like large item Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for store pick up. Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup on or after their release date.
