ONLINE STORE:

At AVC photo video store, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you want to return your online purchase, you may do so within 7 days of the purchase date. All product returns must be in unused, sealed condition. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

If the item is missing any parts, we reserve the right to refuse the return or provide a refund. If the product shows signs of use, up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied.

AVC photo video store does not refund any shipping or handling charges. All return shipping charges must be paid by the buyer.

Claims for missing or damaged items during transit must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for providing replacements, refunds, or exchanges.

All returns must be processed with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. For instructions on obtaining an RMA, please refer to our FAQs. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.

AVC photo video store is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Additionally, we are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of merchandise purchased from us. Our responsibility is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.


PRE-OWNED POLICY:

All pre-owned sales are final. We test all items to the best of our abilities and strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee 100% working conditions of used items, and all in-store sales are final. For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully inspect equipment in-store and ask any questions before making a purchase.

For online purchases of pre-owned items, exceptions may apply. Our standard policy, including for new equipment, allows 7 days for exchanges.

Please note that all classes and seminars are final sale and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance or scheduling conflicts.
